Other service engineers consider a quick wipe clean and nozzle change a sufficient scope of works for an annual boiler service. Charlie may charge slightly more than some of these cowboys, but the level of service provided is second to none. The whole boiler is pretty much taken to pieces, cleaned and assembled again with major maintenance carried out in the critical areas.

Our boiler broke down and Charlie was able to come out the next day and fixed it, he was professional and efficient and excellent value.
