I had fantastic service from MPHS this week with over the phone diagnostics prior to try narrow down some of the issues to then fixing and electrical fault which occurred after the original fault. The professionalism displayed and overall helpfulness was impressive as well as the step by step updating on what they were having to do to rectify the issue. I couldn’t recommend more highly. 🙏🏻

Always found MPHS to be very responsive in a crisis. Telephone support was followed up the next day with an engineer visit. A lovely organisation to deal with - great people!

Installed a new Grant oil fired boiler system to a 16th century farmhouse. The team was outstanding and very professional. They came up with innovative solutions to some problems with such an old property. Workmanship was excellent and the team left everything spotless at the end of each day. Would recommend 100%

Very poor and avaricious overall experience. Overpriced service, engineers variable. They made us wait with a leaking boiler and refused to just quote for a fix until they had visited a second time [to clearly try to flog us a new boiler].
