Had the best time, the whole experience was fantastic

My flights have been postponed three times last spring. I eventually decided to ask for a reimbursement, as was also proposed by the company, since I was leaving UK in July.
They constantly explained that this reimbursement will be done soon... but three months later, I am still desperately waiting .....
