Great hike from the reservoir to the transmitters and weather station. Good tarmac track so suitable for all

Every inhabitant of accrington must visit this place!!!!. the landscape is breathtaking.

Beautiful walk on sunny winters day

Adventurous walk with some great views at the top.
A little precarious walking in parts, so not really advisable for all.

Took the chance to take a hike with the fine weather for a Sunday in February. Stunning scenery from the hill of Burnley, Padiham, Hapton, all round and beyond. The dog loved it too! Now to soak the old feet!

A little spoilt by various antennae, but good views. Trig point not easily accessible. Some footpaths that are marked on the map are very difficult to find.
