Pilgrim Fathers Memorial

A simple and nice place to walk near witham canal.

Relaxing place. Good for dog walking, and watching the fishing boats return with the sunset.
The memorial itself is a nice little monument dedicated to the pilgrim father's attempt to leave.
Plenty of parking.
The only downside is the narrow depleted road up to the parking area.

Amazing place to explore and walk around. Great bike ride down the river bank.

Pilgrim Fathers Memorial is a very nice place to visit. The directions are shown on the way till here. Parking space available. The canal flow depends on high tide and low tide. Very nice place to ride bike.

If you are coming late in the evening lots of rabbits, fox and deers are available to see. That will be a great experience for children.

Fantastic walk along the river from Pilgrim Father's Memorial towards the wash. Shame the footpath signs don't tell you where they go! Mind the potholes on the lane leading to the car park!

Personally I've always liked it here. Not much there in truth but ideal to walk or bike around. Not far out of Boston so an easy ride there, with a quick lunch break at the park on the way its alright even for the younger ones.

No ticket required free car park. Lovely walks. Only down side road up to memorial and car park in need of repair lots of pot holes.
