Incorporated in a circular walk from the Bluebell hill picnic site, Kits Coty house is accessed by a long and steepish climb down, via several possible routes. Not well signposted you come across the stones through a gap in a hedge, which i felt made it more atmospheric, as you stumbled across neolithic stones just adjacent to the hubbub of modern life. Some interesting Victorian graffiti on one of the stones.

An interesting site to visit if you’re passing. There’s a lay-by in the road above where you can park and a footpath down to it. There’s a little plaque giving some history and a fence around to protect the stone from vandalism. If you’re into Neolithic sites and history then worth a visit.

Hard to find but an amazing piece of neolithic history and nice walk through this part of North Downs. No facilities but really good food and petrol available in the nearby American style dinner.

Kit's Coty House is a very beautiful megalithic burial site, The way to reach it is a little b it a problem. The first problem you are confronted with is to find a parking place somewhre on the Pilgrims Road. When you managed to find one you have to folloe a small walkers' path and after some minutes you reach the burial site. It is quiet a large one. It is sourrounded by a lattice.

Not much to see here but still pretty impressive. Bit of a walk from where you can get a park but a nice little walk nonetheless

Remains of a megalithic burial place of the earliest farming communities. Its no stonehenge but still worth seeing. Constructed cira 3500 BC. Stunning views over Kent downs.

A little tricky to find and to park. But I've just seen 'before you go'.
I recommend anyone visiting, to read that section before they set off!
I found Kit's Coty, simply magnificent.

I loved this. Such a sense of history and timelessness. Wonderful views of the downs, peaceful. Amazingly unspoilt by graffiti and litter.
