I worked in the tower from 1993 until I retired in2012 as chef to the brigadiers and families some good times some not so good but now retired and enjoying life and still keep in contact with a few of them

Full of History didn't have long as Dover Castle is very big and has more to see than when I visited about 35years ago as a child now needs 2-3 days to look round properly a guided tour would also be nice would then give 5stars

You pass through this tower when entering the grounds on foot. However, you can also walk down to this tower and through once you are in the castle grounds if visiting by car.

Detailed and well-kept tower with some interesting architecture going on. The arched sides above the steep banks below and the rounded corners.
