Stained carpet, no Sofa bed despite explicitly telling them that there would be two guests, taps in bathroom worked bad, insulation simply stuffed up the chimney, no microwave despite the website saying there was one, chimney constantly leaked debris into living room floor, cleaner came once and didn't clean it.
