We have just returned from a 3 night stay at decoy cottages celebrating my Dad's 75th birthday! Oh my word, the setting is overwhelmingly idyllic!! We all felt so relaxed and did not leave the setting as there was so much to do! The kids built dens in the woods, played football, went on the swings, had water fights, played table football and attempted fishing! We all used the hot tub, snooker table, BBQ, darts and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Jenny and peter were brilliant hosts and we did not want to leave! Facilities excellent too! We will definitely be staying again! Amazing memories made!!

Just had a fantastic week at Elm Cottage July 2017,the cottage was spotless which is not always the case when you are taking a dog. The fishing was great, catching good sized Carp and Bream. Jenny was the perfect hostess helpful but not intrusive, enjoyable holiday for all Pat,Kev and Freddie the Labrador

Jenny is the loveliest hostess ever. She will do anything to help and to make you feel comfortable and content!
The lodge is cosy and has all the necessities. We love being able to go straight onto the lake and there are various types of fishes in wonderful condition. So peaceful and easy to lose a week there!
We love seeing the friendly dogs and the beautiful horses, all of which love the attention!
We have been here multiple times now and it's my Dad's favourite place to escape the seagulls and to generally unwind.

I didn't stay here. They have a lake at the back of their property with some lovely big carp. On speaking to a family that was there on their holiday said that it was amazing all round.
