Weekend trip away in early August. This place is fantastic for a relaxed break in the countryside but close to Ruthin Town with all it amenities.
Facilities throughout are done to such high standards, great showers. Absolutely love how it has become the barn it is today utilising lots of old features. Fully recommend this place.

Three nights spent at The Long Barn at the start of August! Amazing property finished to a very high standard. Loved being able to sit outside and enjoy the evening sunsets and the peaceful countryside. Would highly recommend.

WOW,WOW,WOW , what an amazing place if I could give it more than 5 stars I would . A simply stunning property that feels like your very own home in the country . The location is perfect with so much on your doorstep such as Liverpool,Chester,Snowdonia, The Wirral and so much more . The property has everything with stunning views , comfortable beds , sofas to lounge in of an evening while the log burner keeps you warm . The welcome hamper was luxurious and my wife has returned home a devoted fan of welsh cakes .
The boot room was a perfect addition as we took little blossom the dog ,who after returning home each day could be cleaned off on the stone floor before enjoying the garden and the barn . The garden was great with the sheep and lambs coming up to the edge but all fenced off from the garden to allow blossom her own space .
Zoe has really thought of everything and is the perfect host . The digital guide and reference before you stay simply answers all the questions you can think of, a real touch of class. The whole conversion has been done beautifully and everything within the barn has been thought out to an infinite detail . From the luxurious towels and bedding down to the cutlery and washing machine for your dirty clothes throughout your stay .
It's a perfect place to stay and I can assure you we will return .

This is a fabulous property with very high standards throughout. We loved the location - close to Ruthin but in a peaceful world of its own surrounded by beautiful countryside. The barn could not have been more comfortable with all home comforts and every last detail taken care of. Highly recommended!

Amazing place, a must visit! House is beautiful with loads of homely touches, amazing log burner, nice big kitchen, lovely comfy beds. Location is perfect, you feel very off grid as it's so quiet but it's only a few minutes to the main town where you can get everything you need. Really nice little town as well with shops and pubs. We stayed over Christmas and Zoe made it extra special with a beautiful tree and lots of festive touches. Thank you so much Zoe, we would love to come back and see it in the summer months!
