What an amazing place, we’ve stayed here with friends before and will definitely come back again, enjoyed it as much if not more than the last time. The house and surrounding areas are beautiful with plenty to entertain walkers, doers or sit and thinkers like me. Attention to detail is top standard. The owners take care of everything for short or long breaks. Pub next door is very reasonable with fabulous food and great company. Highest recommendation from me yet again.

This exceeded all our expectations and felt more like a home than a holiday let. Every possible detail has been thought through to make you feel at home from the minute you arrive. The food at the pub next door is outstanding and the location is quiet but with easy access to the area. The walks mapped out by Peter and Annette are very well explained and the views are breath taking. We are already planned another visit, this time for longer.

Y Gorlan is a beautiful cottage in the pretty village of Rowen. The cottage, built in 1890 as the house for the minister of the nearby church,.has been renovated to a high standard by the present owners. It is warm, comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The pub next door does excellent food, and locals sing in Welsh and English on a Friday night.

Amazing house with everything you could need, great BBQ, grounds your dog can't escape from even if they're a small breed, 4 lovely bedrooms and just a great base to explore the surrounding area. Don't hesitate to book this you won't regret it.
