Preseli Hills Cottages

Highly recommended, the cottage was well kitted out, warm and the surroundings are stunning. The wood burner was so cozy and the cottage has under floor heating which is fab. The furniture, bedding and decor is great quality and the cottage was designed beautifully.

Very near to the cottage there is a washing machine available for use, freezer and cleaning equipment should you need it and you can purchase logs when you need them, all of this makes your stay smooth and stress free.

Jen and Phil were wonderful hosts, we were due to travel back to East Sussex when the storm hit and they offered for us to stay another night on them so we were safe. Not only that but Phil took me with him to the nearest shop to get provisions. This was very much appreciated as we had my parents with us and as it turned out the bridge shut and we would have been well and truly stranded out on the road!

We cannot recommend staying here enough, for a family holiday it would be perfect, in the summer months there are safe individual garden areas. You can light a bonfire and sit around it any time of the year in a designated area and there is a lovely large pond with wildlife around, geese visiting to have their young at the moment.

At night you could hear a pin drop it’s so quiet and during the day you see all the lovely birds around, the cows in the field and the gentle running of the stream.

We just had the most fantastic stay at Preseli Hill Cottages and will 100% be coming back! The setting is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning lake and rowing boat. An excellent hot tub that you heat with logs so it is lovely and natural! It is a great location close to beautiful beaches and local amenities. I would thoroughly recommend Preseli Hill Cottages. Jennifer and her husband are super helpful if you have any questions. The cottages are lovely and clean. I cannot wait to go back!

Amazing cottages tucked away in the Presley Hills. Beautifully decorated and with everything you need for a wonderful relaxing time away from home and more (like the private hot tub in the garden!) Dogs welcome too.
Lots of local information available with so many stunning beaches within a half hour’s drive in all directions!
Jen and Phil are the perfect hosts always on hand if required.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Byre. From the start Jen and Phil made us feel very welcome with great tips on beaches to visit, walks and places to go. We also got to meet their cows, pigs and chickens.
The cottage was homely, very clean and modern with everything we needed. Although we stayed in summer I’m sure the cottage would feel very cosy in colder weather with the wood burner.
We loved using wood fuelled hot tub in the garden which was a luxury at the end of a busy day.

We chose this cottage (The Byre) originally for its location and because we could recharge our electric car; we enjoyed it so much we have now been twice. We love that it is very central to places that we want to visit, whether in summer or winter (we were there for storm Arwen), and yet a beautiful, peaceful retreat away from it all. It has all the amenities you might want, whatever the season, and Jen & Phil are great hosts who want your stay to be as good as they can make it; who could ask for more?

This hot tub break was so amazing. Amazing and very friendly host of the property, Jenny, catered to our every need. The items provided in the property were of high quality and the grounds to walk around were beautiful. The lake behind the property was an added bonus to be able to row around in the boat provided too! As well as being introduced to the cows on site! We would absolutely love to come back soon to enjoy these lovely cottages again!

Absolutely amazing stay in the Milking Parlour. The cottage has absolutely everything you need and more, the decor is beautiful and everything is such high quality.
The log burner and underfloor heating makes the place so cosy. We also used the hot tub which was lovely.
The surrounding area is so pretty too.
Phil and Jen are incredible hosts - both so friendly and welcoming and make everything feel so personal.
Would 100% stay again and couldn't recommend enough.

I highly recommend this place, we had a fantastic time there. Jen and Phil were great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Jen in particular was very responsive whenever we needed something and had plenty of recommendations for places to visit etc. The place was clean and as described on the pictures. Overall, we had a very relaxing week and loved the cottage. Highly recommend and we will definitely return.
