Outstanding quality cottage, amazing hosts, lovely area. Can't recommend this place enough, especially if you have dogs (we had 3 large dogs with us).
Truly a 'home from home' with so many thoughtful touches: from the properly enclosed garden, to the welcome gift (wine, welsh cakes and dog treats!!), the dog towels, the tea bags and pint of milk, the sofa throws, stair gate, etc, etc!
One dog walk directly from the cottage (ideal for first/last thing), plenty of others very close by. One of the most stunning beaches anywhere in the world a 5 min drive away (Cefn Sidan).
Countless castles, rivers, gardens, woods, beaches to choose from - as well as lots of other things to do and see. Wonderful, dog-friendly pub a few minutes drive away (in Llandyfaelog) and there are pubs within walking distance too. Mid size co-op supermarket around the corner.

Impossible to fault; my 90 year old mother is far from easy to please, and even she could not find a single thing to complain about! If you are looking for a holiday cottage in Kidwelly, this is the one; by the far the best I've booked my family into. I will certainly be booking again!

Lovely cottage, full of old and modern character. It's a dog friendly cottage but I would say you could stay here without dog's, it doesn't have that dog smell at all its all very clean and tidy and well maintained. The view out the front of the cottage windows is of Kidwelly Castle. There is book's, dvds and game's provided and t.vs in rooms if you want to watch it. There is everything you need to cook with the kitchen is nice and large and a proper size cooker, with a large co-op close buy. The garden is an all seasons garden and kept very well with nice outdoor seating in 2 area's of the garden and it's fully enclosed. The town of Kidwelly is a friendly place and dog friendly, there is lot's of walking or drive to the close forest/beach or explore around. I will definitely be returning here, thank you Terri what a lovely place.

Amazing cottage so homely and comfortable really was like a home from home . Terri and Julian have thought of everything. Met Terri on the day of arrival after speaking to her for the last week and booked last min, she is so lovely.. very friendly and accommodation. The cottage is in a great location .. there are great walks and amazing beaches in the area. The garden is beautiful and in the summer would be a wonderful place for bbq's, for the dogs /and/ or children to play. There is no doggy smell in the cottage at all and would be equally as good for people with or without pups.. My fussy husky Mal cross was more than happy.. if it his lordships seal of approval that says it all.. would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning
