Can only give three stars as, quite obviously, it is out of season and everything is currently closed. The rating is based on the upkeep of the site which is quite immaculate. Another more detailed review in the summer.

We were not expecting it to be do nice. Good clean accommodation. Basic but all you need. For 3 of us and 3 dogs perfect. Arcade is a retro 1980s pinball dream. Club house is OK, you can use the one on the next site as well.

All you need , a little home from home we were there from Saturday to Saturday. If you want to eat out the oasis cafe is great for a cooked breakfast and good price. Fabulous Sunday carvery at the california tavern ( booking advisable). Gt. Yarmouth is 10mins drive so you could do a grocery shop at asda sainsbury and aldi. We had a great week away.

Great location, minutes walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Surrounding areas are clean although the bins can get quite full quickly which attracts the seagulls. Facilities on site are great, local shop has everything you would need. Arcades are good, lots of variety. Clubhouse and Tavern are nice venues, staff are really friendly and helpful. Love staying here and would highly recommend 🙂
