Parkdean Resorts California Cliffs Holiday Park, Great Yarmouth

Brilliant holiday site.

I visited with 21 other family members and we all had a great time. Caravans were up to standard and the beach is only a 4-5 minute walk away from the site and is easy to spot.

The park itself has karts you can rent which we did and we loved it. The service from the bar staff is also great and the events going on at the park are also entertaining.

Can’t really fault this place, great caravan and staff really friendly, the young man who was doing the crazy golf was polite and hard working (tidying the grass edges and repainting them, good on him!) We had breakfast in the clubhouse and it was great and really fast to arrive. Perfect beach just down the road. The Chinese take away across the road to the site was an absolute rip off and half size portions but that’s not the park’s fault it’s just unfortunate it’s opposite. Really great time had by me and my family and we think we will be back next year.

the caravan itself was very clean all to good standards, the park itself was in a good area walking distance to a lovely beach. However the restaurant inside the site (the boat house) was dirty, the tables and floor was not clean even one table had nail clippings on them. service was very slow had to wait an hour for 2 breakfast and the staff were not at all helpful. The activity on the sites where ok however the pool was filthy and it was clear the filter of the pool wasn’t working very well or even at all. on our visit to the pool a member of our party sliced his toe on something inside the pool, the first aid was appalling seemed like no one knew what to do. The pool was also not cleaned after this and when we informed the main reception they didn’t have much to say and wasn’t helpful. If you looking for somewhere to stay with a good location then this is perfect but for the facilities and activities i wouldn’t not recommend.

We love this place! Our second visit 05/09 and although it was quiet we couldn't fault any staff member we interacted with. Very polite, helpful and friendly. Very clean park and we had a small issue with no electric in our van, it was fixed instantly without fuss or problem. Entertainment staff were amazing and really made our little boy feel speical and included! We will be returning again next year

Just returned from a fun packed holiday. Caravan was spotless, lovely and warm and had everything we needed. Food was really good and all the staff friendly. Big shout out to Luke who always had a smile for me and to Jakob behind the bar. Can't wait to go again.

Took the grand children for a week, it's a really lovely place to take children. The majority of the staff were amazing! I especially want to big up Andrew (Grumpy Grandad) behind reception who went way above and beyond to help us out, THANK YOU!!!
Children's entertainment staff were wonderful, the kids loved Starland Crazy!
Only reason we wouldn't give 5 stars is because some of the younger staff behind the bar were very dismissive and not very friendly and the lifeguards seemed more interested in chatting than doing their jobs keeping an eye on the people in the pool to keep them safe.
Overall though a great place to stay with brilliant bus links to Great Yarmouth, beach very close by and great swimming pools.

I’ve just got home from a Fri-Mon stay, already got holiday blues. Firstly caravan was spotless, spacious enough for two and very well equipped. Secondly the park itself was also very spotless and couldn’t be faulted in the slightest. Staff were so pleasant always with a smile or a welcome/hello on hand for us as soon as we were near. Restaurant (boathouse) had excellent and speedy service with incredible food for an excellent price. Speedy service was also at hand in the evening bar with good quality entertainment. Will hopefully be back early next year if I have my way. Can’t fault my stay in any which way.

This was my very first caravan that I have rented out. I am beyond happy by what I received. The caravan and the rooms just shown with bright white lights, clean carpet and very styled interior. Furthermore, is a beach witch is a 4 min walk, clear as day! You can see the combinations of green and blue in the water. This place is beyond stunning and is a must go for summer!
