Liked: Lovely quiet, relaxing, secure and well located. Very clean site and good toilet and shower facilities.
Disliked: Love dogs but it’s annoying when you need to pay a late night early morning visit to the toilet and you frightened of setting them off barking, but it wasn’t much of an issue to be fair. Would have been nice to have a bit of info on where things were and how things worked on the site but it also wasn’t much of an issue.

Disliked: The welcome, not even sure we were expected. Had booked grass but there weren’t any. The hard standing was tarmac with stones on top. Thorny Weeds sprouting through. The chemical waste was accessed through a building site. Advertised as adult only yet there were children living on site. 3 dogs onsite, 2 by gate barking uncontrolled. All 3 started at 6am. Facilities were acceptable but unsure how regularly they were cleaned. Was extremely expensive for what was available, we left after 2 nights, booked for 5

Disliked: The gates are locked from 10:30pm until 7:30pm which wasn’t mentioned in the listing or on arrival. We had an event in a Boston pub which we had to leave early. There are guard dogs in cages by the gate. They barked every time someone went to the ladies. There was a smell of tar from road surfacing vehicles which are parked on the site. There is a small step at the entrance to the toilets which I managed to fall down which it might be helpful to highlight the edge. (It may well have just been me being clumsy, But I thought worth mentioning) There was no ‘reception’ a such. Notices in the toilet said ‘ask a member of staff’ but there was no easy way of doing so it seemed.

Liked: Fantastic Facilities. Great Friendly Environment. Owner was very helpful. Everything you need within 5 minute drive.
Disliked: Nothing to be honest everything was brilliant. Negative reviews on dogs, these were kept in massive cages not tiny dog crates, but due to complaints have been removed - would not have had a problem with them personally.

Liked: Quite site, with clean facilities, next to nature reserve so good for dog walking.
Disliked: No hot water provided at the one small washing up point. Only one hand basin in the toilets.

Liked: Friendly welcome, very attractive site, nice and clean
Disliked: Could do with having the following in the shower block:
1. Mat in showers as the floor was wet after using the shower, to assist hygiene. 2. A Shelf inside the shower to stand shower gel on. 3. A Shelf in the sinks area to stand tooth brush/paste etc on. 4. Refuse area to allow customers to put rubbish in. 5. There was no Internet, if it could be installed then I would definitely stay again.

Disliked: Unfortunately we did not take heed of the comments on this site’s review page. The site itself is neat & tidy (mostly) with modern shower & toilet facilities. What it severely lacks is security of access and organisation of guests on arrival & ongoing information of safety and basic layout for touring facilities, in fact there was none. We also found out after searching out someone to help, that there are no grey waste facilities for motorhomes and the fresh water tap was only accessible with a good length of hosepipe (which they did not supply). To top it off, the chemical waste facility was only available once you had your safety instruction from a builder chap, who was only due some 1 1/2 hours after our arrival. One of the most confusing elements for an adult only site was the extensive childrens’ play area located at the top of the site. We did not stay and left after finding an alternative site nearby, which ticked ALL the boxes. We emailed the site owners the next day and heard nothing back, oddly they never reached out to us when our rig was gone, so soon after arrival...maybe they didn’t know or care that we had left.
