Brilliant small site. Five huts and immaculate showers. Kids loved it. Lots to do nearby.

Just got home from a 3day break from here with family. I must say how absolutely lovely it was very peaceful and secluded away from others. The cabin was to hight standards the only downside is the stairs and the steepness and would be alot better with a gate at the top if your coming with family who both have small children. The shower blocks great too with hot wate We will defo be back soon.

Great place to stay if you like the outdoors but don't want to go camping. Fantastic facilities. Very clean and very reasonably priced

Well what can I say.... absolutely loved it!! And so did the dogs.. Perfect weekend break, secluded and peaceful. This would suit families and couples and even a single tripper just wanting a quiet place. The washing facilities and showers were 5 🌟. Immaculate. Booking again. Can't wait!

Amaaazing. Best place I've been to in a long time. Wish we could of stayed longer. We stayed for 3 nights. I think I payed around £150. For a 4 bed hut. Cute. We also had a 7 bed hut. The sleeping area upstairs 👌🏽 so good. Slightly more than a 4 bed but not that much more.
It was so peaceful. The week end we went it was forecast to rain. Like downpour. It didn't though. Blessed. The sun came out. ☀️ Was so nice to just relax a little. With lack of reception aswell even better. No outside world interaction is needed from time to time.
There are 5 individual separate huts with a lake in the middle (safety in place) 🚻 toilets, shower facilities and an outdoor wash up sink (for the dishes/pots and stuff)
Each hut come with a cast iron fire Pitt and some chopping wood onsite (don't forget coal)
The host Holly was lovely, friendly and helpful.
You have to bring all camping equipment yourself. Like gas stoves, gas, cutlery etc 🏕 food of course to cook lol and drink/bottle water. Unless you want to venture out to the local restaurants or shops give or take around 20minutes drive away. We only went to the shop once. For coal and fresh cakes from the bakery lol.
Necessities are to bring a pillow, bed sheet (to cover the mattress provided with) and either a light blanket or just a sleeping bag depending on what season you go in.
It's fully booked atm (I keep checking for cancellations lol) but I will be planning to go back next year 💯
