It's OK place to live. Very disappointing gym and swimming pool condemned which is why we sold up, club house on site OK but cliky and man who runs it speaks when he wants. Staff fantastic though very friendly and helpful

people who own the site want to put rate 25% plus £600 also demand a extra £700 to £2,000. for plastic sheets to replace wood . but what happen if caravans are at there 10 yr life will they be told to move of site he is a bad man who will hurt people to get what he wants dont recomend buying on this site or any owned buy this man.
