Gorgeously laid out, safe and quiet location, close to knott-end-on-sea shopping area and local shops. No club or bar but close by pubs/restaurants. Fishing lake is huge.

Great place for more older people not kids. If you want to live on this site then no kids can leave here only for a hoiliday.

Great place to be if you want to feel depressed all of the time,nothing to do except fish,no social life and a long way off from being "a great place to retire to"

Cheap hire for a couple of nights. Bed frame was bent giving us poor sleep. Paid little so got what we paid for.
