Very helpful & informative
Absolutely spotless.
Very central for touring a must is the village of Thornton le Dale just up the road.

Lovely site, peaceful, and clean. Owners are very accommodating and helpful if needed. Showers only 2 of each, again very clean.

Only downside was the washing-up area, hardly any water pressure, so slow to fill the sink.

However I will recommend this site to others.

So much wonderful space that is kept well cut and tidy. The owners, Bob and Bernadette, meet you on arrival and are both very friendly and informative. Bob walked me round to the "lawn" and suggested the best way to park as each pitch is more than double size. A CL I would thoroughly recommend.

We have just returned from a very nice 10 night stay at this beautiful caravan site I can highly recommend this place site owners and facilities are absolutely fantastic we will definitely be making a return in the future.

Just had a two night stay and was very impressed with the site. Very clean and tidy. Really strong free WiFi . We have a small dog and you have to exercise pets off the site down a track opposite the site. The entrance to the site is on a gravel track that isn’t good for dogs to walk on. The site is excellent and I gave it 4 stars because of the gravel. I do think a more kinder path for dogs to walk on would be better. Stayed at the
CL over the Bank Holiday .. warm welcome from Bob and his wife ... just what we wanted ..quiet place to stay with Electrics. Popped to Sandsend and Bempton RSPB ... we will be back

We stayed at the Granary, the upside down cottage. The bedrooms and bathroom are down stairs and the kitchen and lounge is upstairs. Our stay of seven days was perfect. The cottage is immaculate. So spotless clean with every comfort you could need. The owners Bob and Bernadette are lovely and helpful. Love the dishwasher, no washing up🤗. The washer and dryer adjacent was a great addition to the facilities. Our two pets loved it too. Overall a supreme vacation stay .
