Caravan was clean and comfy and the site was pleasantly quiet. Surrounding area wasn't very nice but drive 10 minutes and its lovely. Some staff were great, but others couldn't be bothered. Pool booking system needs to be better as you'd never get a slot in season. The pool was nice but the changing facilities were totally inadequate. Crazy golf is crazy expensive. On the whole not a bad place for it's type.

I enjoyed my stay in Wales!

Our caravan was lovely and had a variety of facilities including 2 toilets, TV, games; toiletries and washing up items were all provided. There was also cupboard food, sauces, tea essentials & a coffee machine. The beds were comfortable and everything felt home-like.

The only downside was that the Wifi was very poor in the caravan and the TV also doesn't work consistently. We discovered that the connection and network service was best after 10pm up until 9am in the morning. There were several DVD's but no DVD player 🤷🏽‍♀️

The camp was Very clean could of done with a few more signs to where the caravans we're especially when dark. Also could have done with more signs to where the buns where.when and what camp the Bingo was at was not clear
So we was expecting to play bingo one night. Waiting a while
To find out it was not on. No announce was made. My Sis and I was not happy. The pool was in the Sister Camp next door. We had to book at the pool. But we were the only ones in. But lovely clean pool. Other than that the Staff were helpful and very friendly.

Caravan was nice but that's the only good part of the whole stay. The site itself isnt good for children at all. The ''arcade" & "soft play'' is awful pointless it even being there it's that small and hardly anything in it. The bar for food and entertainment is very dated and more for adults. There wasn't one thing for the children at all in regards to entertainment of an evening. You can use next doors facility's wich are a tiny bit better but still nothing for the children. No kids club, kids disco etc... definitely wouldn't return.

Well run and organized.Clean and very friendly.Dogs welcome. Its also very well situated for Rhyl and Llandudno by bus. Both stops are outside the front gates.Easy access to the beech via a bridge at the back of the camp.👍
