The Audiobarn

A massive thank you to Jack who helped me source my ZMF Verite headphones! Jack kindly arranged for delivery of a demo set, then allowed me to extend the loan so I could compare them to all competitors, even though those were being supplied by other retailers. The extended period really helped me make the right decision. I placed an order for a limited edition set made to my own specifications, rather than taking a stock set, which Jack gladly passed onto the manufacturer and even accommodated a change of mind on some of the details. Communication was excellent and dispatch of both the demo set and my order was same day, delivered the following day. I can't recommend Jack and The Audiobarn highly enough - I'll definitely be a return customer.

I highly recommend Audiobarn. I had been deliberating an amplifier upgrade for a while and after a brief conversation with Jack he offered me the opportunity to demo my existing speakers with a couple of choices in my budget. As per other reviewers comments I can attest to the relaxed approach that Jack has throughout the entire process as I had wonderful hour left to my own devices with a Vertere MG-1 hooked up to a Primaluna Evo 400 and then a Naim Supernait 3 along with my Shahinian speakers and a dozen or so records from my collection. I was unable to make a decision on the day and Jack was very patient with my indecisiveness through to the point of me finally making a purchase. I can also say that the after sales service is first class, Jack clearly has a great relationship with his suppliers as he was able to quickly source a replacement unit due to a cosmetic issue on the first one. Audiobarn will definitely be my first port of call for any future upgrades.

This was one of the best experiences I had with this company. I called about 2 weeks ago as I was interested in purchasing the new focal utopia headphones. I believe I spoke to Graeme over the phone. He noted down what I wanted and kindly arranged a demonstration for me. I really appreciate the time he took to set the system up and have several other headphones available for me to compare before my arrival.

Looking to upgrade my Michell turntable - excellent advice and exempalry service from Andy Holt resulted in new Dynavector xx2 Mk II cartridge and an upgraded power supply on the Trichord Dino+ - the improvement is amazing! Would not hesitate to recommend.

Andy at the Audiobarn has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole update of our Hi Fi system. He helped us walk through the available options and gave us sensible, pragmatic advice end to end. Most importantly his knowledge of the systems has been 2nd to none as he guided us through the upgrade of our streamer, speakers and most recently our turntable. He and Jack were able to sort out trade ins for our old equipment and Andy was without peer when it came to set up and installation of the turntable which sounds absolutely amazing and even better than the one that he brought around to demo in advance.
