Peter of Igloo Audio provided the best customer service I have ever received. I initially asked for advice about the potential of adding different components and loudspeakers to my current set-up and was amazed with his enthusiasm and vast amount of knowledge and experience in this industry.

I traded my loudspeakers for a different pair for a very generous trade-in value. Every step of the transaction, from advice, trade- in to the delivery of the new loudspeakers was handled in a very professional and conscientious manner ensuring everything went smoothly. What I liked most is that he was happy to respond to email queries and would return my phone calls outside of office hours.

I recently purchased a pair of Graham Audio LS6f monitor loudspeakers.
All of my correspondence and conversations were with Peter at Igloo Audio, who's expert advice helped me with the process, and who also liaised with Graham Audio on my behalf to ensure the appropriate veneer ( natural rosewood) for the cabinets was applied as requested.
I am thrilled with my purchase, in particular the level of sound quality of these high end loudspeakers, and the very high quality finish of the cabinets.
