Excellent service by John. Very patient and was happy to audition several speakers with our chosen system, to find a pair that suited both the system and our ears. Shows the value of a real store with an audition room and not buying blind from the internet. He also gave a great recommendation for lunch! And thank you to Elena for following up to check that all is well with our purchase (it is).

Another excellent audio buying experience with the friendly, helpful and knowledgeable team at Audio T in Enfield, who arranged a very competitive trade-in on a turntable upgrade and Jason even took the last unit off sale (unprompted) so it didn't sell out overnight before I'd placed my order. Can recommend unreservedly.

Went back to Audio T in Enfield again after about 20 years. What a great experience! John was still there..top man! Met Jason and Elena who really looked after us well. Really good service from Jason and Elena. I went in for an audition of some active speakers and ended up buying a different amplifier to match my speakers. I would highly recommend their service, no pressure, just information and guidance when requested. Would certainly use again.

I've been buying hi-fi kit from Audio-T Enfield since 1980, and have always been very pleased with their service and the kit. My trusty Arcam A85 amp purchased from there in 2002 failed last autumn (2021), so I went in to look for a replacement. Jason did some research based on my requirements for a good amp with tone controls (I'm a bit hard of hearing these days) and came up with a Marantz amp that actually has a mid-range control – very useful. Unfortunately we were in the middle of the global chip shortage and supply chain disruption, so no new Marantz kit was being made at the time. I finally got the amp in mid-May this year, but Audio-T only charged me the price they’d quoted the previous autumn. And in the meantime, they’d managed to repair my old Arcam amp for the princely sum of £150!

Fantastic service and advice. Spent almost three hours in the demo room listening to my favourite music, before making a decision. John was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble; no pressure and free cups of coffee to boot! His advice and information regarding the new-to-me streaming systems and services was invaluable. I've been a customer of Audio T Enfield for years (going back to AT Labs) and have always had superb service when changing and modernising my hifi; real people in real stores make all the difference and Audio T Enfield is just the best. Prices were extremely competitive with a substantial trade-in, which was a very pleasant surprise, and delivery was within a week. Great job everyone. Thank you John and Elena for you service. I highly recommend this place. We were after a shop where I could listen to different kits before buying.
Elena and John welcomed us superbly. We were given time to listen to different sets while enjoying a cup of coffee!
The room was really comfortable with a nice sofa and sound proofing walls and we could test every configuration we wanted!
