Despite not having bought the unit through TomTom they were happy to help. I dropped the unit off and picked it up a few hours later. They also told me how to correct the connectivity issues. Everything now works perfectly again. And I can now access Spotiify and TIDAL. I am so grateful, Wonderful service! Thank you so much!
They lent me a Unity Nova for a home demo and it was cracking. Fully hooked on steaming, I found Roon. TomTom turned out to be the Roon Dealer too and helped me set up a Roon core. I liked the Nova, but felt that it did not surpass my old set up, we chatted and agreed that my B&W CM8 were more suited to the Cyrus, so they lent me some Focal on home demo to see what that would bring. Oh yes, what a change. So much so that I had to know more... More coffee and chatting in store, why not check out the next step up, SuperNait3 with a NDX2. Sure, keep the Nova to compare. Sure, borrow another set of speaker cables so you can switch out easily. Pop by, more coffee, more set up chat, great product knowledge...
After several weeks of being completely indulged and advised, I now had a system that blew me away and redefined the best sound I have heard. I purchased it happily and got a great deal; a preloved NDX 2 with a new SN3 and competitively priced Focal speakers, a whole package, thought out, balanced, tested in my own home until I was utterly happy. They included cables in the package, only I’m not sure what I want, no problem, try these at home, once you like a set, they are the ones you keep....
At the end of several weeks of tinkering, not only am I resoundingly happy with my purchase, but I feel I have great back up and support for the products, from people who know Naim with a passion.
In a world of mail-order websites and slashed prices with rubbish customer service, James and Henry at TomTom Audio define what retail customer service can be. I look forward to further tinkering and chatting with these guys, I know I will be buying Hifi off them for years to come. Thank you for providing an outstanding service, your values as a Naim dealer shine. I would give you six stars if I could!
I was surprised and delighted to find a specialist hi-fi shop so close to home. Really friendly people and, as others have said, not trying to up-sell. Bought an amazing Rega Planer 3 from them which balances my new system perfectly (while still being future proof) - such amazing build quality and sound.

Had a slight problem setting up the DAC in my system, but I phoned guy at Tom Tom he was very happy to help.
So I am very happy with my DAC and the service that I received.
I have no hesitation in recommending Tom Tom Audio.
They can be very slow to respond to queries once an order is placed, and even if shown as in stock it may not ship on the same day as ordered. Because they were being slow to communicate and ship I cancelled an order and they did that without any problems and refunded me straight away.
