I was having problems with my Naim Unitilite. The software needed updating and it had stopped connecting to my home PC and after switching over TVs it wasn't playing the TV sound through the Naim and my speakers either.
Despite not having bought the unit through TomTom they were happy to help. I dropped the unit off and picked it up a few hours later. They also told me how to correct the connectivity issues. Everything now works perfectly again. And I can now access Spotiify and TIDAL. I am so grateful, Wonderful service! Thank you so much!

Wow. These guys rock. I first called by TomTom Audio as I was curious about streaming, and if it could compare to my Cyrus CD setup; Naim seemed solid for steaming and the Uniti range had appeal to declutter my 4 box system. After a great demo in store (coming on 3 hours) I understood that streaming was directly comparable to CD and its versatility surpassed CD.
They lent me a Unity Nova for a home demo and it was cracking. Fully hooked on steaming, I found Roon. TomTom turned out to be the Roon Dealer too and helped me set up a Roon core. I liked the Nova, but felt that it did not surpass my old set up, we chatted and agreed that my B&W CM8 were more suited to the Cyrus, so they lent me some Focal on home demo to see what that would bring. Oh yes, what a change. So much so that I had to know more... More coffee and chatting in store, why not check out the next step up, SuperNait3 with a NDX2. Sure, keep the Nova to compare. Sure, borrow another set of speaker cables so you can switch out easily. Pop by, more coffee, more set up chat, great product knowledge...
After several weeks of being completely indulged and advised, I now had a system that blew me away and redefined the best sound I have heard. I purchased it happily and got a great deal; a preloved NDX 2 with a new SN3 and competitively priced Focal speakers, a whole package, thought out, balanced, tested in my own home until I was utterly happy. They included cables in the package, only I’m not sure what I want, no problem, try these at home, once you like a set, they are the ones you keep....
At the end of several weeks of tinkering, not only am I resoundingly happy with my purchase, but I feel I have great back up and support for the products, from people who know Naim with a passion.
In a world of mail-order websites and slashed prices with rubbish customer service, James and Henry at TomTom Audio define what retail customer service can be. I look forward to further tinkering and chatting with these guys, I know I will be buying Hifi off them for years to come. Thank you for providing an outstanding service, your values as a Naim dealer shine. I would give you six stars if I could!

I had updated my CD player, amplifier and speakers over the years but still had a budget, ancient record deck; a 30-year old Ariston Q Deck! I still love my vinyl and decided to finally upgrade.

I was surprised and delighted to find a specialist hi-fi shop so close to home. Really friendly people and, as others have said, not trying to up-sell. Bought an amazing Rega Planer 3 from them which balances my new system perfectly (while still being future proof) - such amazing build quality and sound.

I bought an amp on EBay which didn’t work. I bought link plugs from Tom Tom because they were missing and I thought the reason the amp wouldn’t work. The amp cost has been refunded by the seller and the amp returned so I had plugs I didn’t need. Tom Tom have accepted them back. They have no legal obligation to do so. I’m impressed! Thanks guys, that really helps! I’ll keep an eye on your preloved amp stock. No more EBay for me!!!

Recently brought a pre-loved Naim DAC Found Tom Tom audio very helpful and were very efficient.
Had a slight problem setting up the DAC in my system, but I phoned guy at Tom Tom he was very happy to help.
So I am very happy with my DAC and the service that I received.
I have no hesitation in recommending Tom Tom Audio.

Very helpful and friendly team, with a fantastic selection of Naim and other brands. Enjoyed a demo of some speakers and I could play whatever I liked. Ended up buying those speakers and really pleased. Recommended dealer for HiFi.

A great shop and good service.
They can be very slow to respond to queries once an order is placed, and even if shown as in stock it may not ship on the same day as ordered. Because they were being slow to communicate and ship I cancelled an order and they did that without any problems and refunded me straight away.

Probable the best listening room I've been in. But still too lively. Only problem is home demos aren't always available especially for high end kit.
