AF Audio

Am a big fan of Andrew’s cables. First I purchased the solid silver phono interconnects and recently had some custom bi-wire loudspeaker cables made.
The phono leads replaced more expensive Chord cables which I had been using and the bi-wire cables replaced much more expensive Black Rhodium Symphony bi-wire cable which has now been ousted from the system. After speaking to Andrew and Weetam I ordered both of he cables. The speakers in my system, the KEF R500s are a little loose in the lower bass and the cables remedy that with much better control of the lower range. I listen to a lot of female vocal and light jazz and the transparent midrange of the AF’s works very well with the innate abilities of the KEFs in the midrange. Treble output remains extended but not bright or fatiguing.
I can recommend these cables for anyone wanting a taste of high end sound without the outlay. Will eventually get around to upgrading all my cables to AF
