Many thanks to Tom Sawyer, Dress floor manager and Sue the yarn supervisor for going beyond the call of duty to help me use my gift vouchers without having to go to the store. Sue helped me by telephone to decide on which yarn I wanted and to put it on lay-by, and Tom came up with a solution for me to send the vouchers by post and once received they would arrange to post the yarn to me. Amazing service and help in these difficult times. I sincerely hope the management acknowledge their service to the Company and the public.

Beware when buying fabric from C&H that they measure out enough fabric. I've just bought 1metre of fabric and when I got it home it was 90cms! Not impressed. This also happened the previous time (but only 5cms short so gave them the benefit of the doubt). But this is obviously standard practice! They used to give a bit extra to allow for uneven cutting, but now they seem to be trying to be so accurate (mean) that it often is short! Not impressed!!

Made to measure blinds service second to none and much cheaper than Hilary's. From visit to store to fitting took less than 3 weeks, all staff were excellent and quality is first class. Quality, service and reliability.

Lovely all you need under one roof

I would definitely recommend a visit, I went while visiting family in the South. The fabrics are beautiful and at great prices in their sale. The ladies were very helpful and I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

I had a problem with one of my 2 blinds, I took it back to them and within 4hrs I had a phone call to say all is now corrected. Brilliant service, Thankyou.
