Hello did not buy anything but impressed with goods they sell.
A good choice of hot tubs and garden furniture. My wife was very impressed with a garden bar gazebo £300.but worth it. A bit messy as too many items in the shop as one assistant said.

Packed shelves, not that cheap, poor service.

A large store with full shelves packed tightly together.

Prices are expensive compared to the Proper Job & Lidl stores that are two minutes drive away.

Poor customer service generally; staff were more interested in chatting than serving.

Recently I was refused a refund on obviously faulty goods despite having the receipt.

There's better value and service at the B&M store situated just two doors down.

Good for wheel chair access but some aisles have extra products that block access. Only a minor niggle. The products on offer for the home are good quality and fairly priced.

You go in with a small list and come out with much more. Good value for money and such a variety of products available. Always had great service and assistance when needed.

Bought an air mattress yesterday just before closing within 30 mins of pumping up you could hear air leaking no it didn't touch anything sharp and nobody used it before this happened. Took back for a refund and man stood behind customer service said well nobody's bought them back all summer!!! When explained somebody had an uncomfortable night due to this and is there a possibility of a good well gesture he turned round quite bluntly and said don't give them not allowed. I had my 3 year old grand daughter with me if they had said here have a 99p book I would of been happy but was just rude while handling the mattress saying would like to know where the hole is !!!!! Shall not be going back.....

Usual problem with the range the things you actually want to buy never seem to be priced and half the staff just want to fob you off onto other staff for any help you actually need. But for a change the tills were well staffed and they had a member of staff directing customers to available tills so that bit was good.

Alot of items didn't have the price on and the toilet was out of action. Didn't want to use it just wanted to check I was ok down below but was still not allowed to use it sadly. But a great shop and so many gift ideas.

Very good for pictures and frames. Selection of homeware cushions/curtains/bedding. Can be very busy on weekends. Long queues for check out.
