Kate & John have been a great addition to the Thaxted high street for a few years now. Their shop, and their collection of vintage and vintage-style home furnishings are selected and styled with care. They also have a showroom nearby should you be looking for more or bigger items with style and character. John also makes great coffee with locally roasted beans. You'll go for a coffee, and come home with a chair ;)

New to the area, I popped into grab a coffee and can genuinely say it was the best takeaway coffee I’ve ever had. God knows what trickery they use to make it this good, but it was amazing. I did a 10 mile round trip the next day to get another one. Can’t recommend highly enough ⭐️

A beautiful shop, selling carefully selected items and designed with care, not only that but the coffee is the best I've had in a very very long time. Highly recommend a visit.
