Dunelm

I can always go into this shop and come out with something in my hand . Today we bought a mat for our new puppy also a new lamp and duvet set for our newly decorated bedroom . Great quality items . I can easily find way around the store .

First ever visit and I must say how much I enjoyed the experience. Bright, excellent choice and very friendly staff, such helpful and smiling service, so rare these days. The item we wanted was not in the stock room, Mia happily checked for us, so we ordered it online and it was the smoothest transaction ever, all done within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend a trip to this store, even if it is just to browse. Here's to the next visit and thank you Mia for making the visit so easy.

Unfortunately didn't have the three items I wanted. Lots of items to keep you warm if you needed them. The bedding excellent as always

Overall a good store. plenty of car parking. Store is normally well stocked. Good stock range and choice. plenty of tills open and the whole team are approachable, friendly and professional

Use to love dunelm but they seem to be stuck with the stock they had 5-10 years ago, we bought a lovely duvet cover there 9 years ago, visited the other day and the same one is on display in the same place just inside the door, MOVE ON DUNELM, MOVE ON!!!

Always worth a visit.. Especially during sales. Great range of furnishings and a small café to help ponder over those big item purchases. Very friendly helpful staff

Controlled entry at wide main door by staff. Hand wash available.
One way walk round system in place.
Large lift to disabled toilet and cafe'.
Some walkways not acceptable for wheel chairs. Staff available to help you.

The store still maintains its high covid controls where other retail stores could learn from here at Dunelm, who have set the bar.

Good range of products but store seemed too small for the amount of items, hard not to bump into other shoppers
