Great selection, really friendly staff! But what were you thinking when you did the register layout? It was the most frustrating thing getting through there with a trolley, there's no space and you've packed way too many tills there so there's no where to put your trolley and there's no where for the staff behind the counter to put your items, having a full trolley I was so stressed I might have missed an item and not scanned it(I didn't thankfully).

Although the item I wanted was out of stock the assistant I spoke to was extremely helpful. She checked if the item was available elsewhere for me, unfortunately it wasn't. Despite that it was a positive experience and I would return.

Tried to return some curtains I brought in the Derby store but as the typed in my email address wrong, turns out even though I wanted to buy something more expensive from the store in Mansfield, I have to return the curtains to the Derby store!!! NOT WHAT I CALL GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have good sale on. Didn't get the rug that was ment to be in stock but got other things needed. Service very pleasant.

I've shopped here a lot and have always found the staff to be nice and helpful. I didn't appreciate being treated like a shoplifter when late night shopping. It was really intimidating. I would rather have been searched than followed at close range!

Click and collect atrocious
11/12 - late at night after store was shut. I
checked online for stock for 2 different items. Ordered and paid online for click&collect as they were only available at this store which is 20miles away.
12/12 - i arrived at store after 12pm (which states I can come collect my items via email). To then only receive 1 item without any notice.

I then get an email & text later in the day saying sorry your item not available.
How can stock be shown and ordered and paid for click & collect for next day and then gone? States items for click and collect gets holded for 7days, well it don't even get holded for the 3hours it was open before I arrived, Appalling.

Plenty to see and good range of prices .
Nice parking areas outside. Up to 2 hours free.
Clean toilets. Polite staff.

Easy parking, quick service. Felt sorry for staff at tills....it was that cold you could see there breath. Not fair for them....turn the heating on
