The staff are very helpful. Made to measure Curtains arrived in less than 2 weeks. (3 weeks earlier than estimated) also colleagur helped me to the car. First rate service. 😁

The young Lady who served me tonight with my mattress topper went above and beyond the call of duty.

Great store for Bedding, they have great variety of pillows duvets also some great art and upstairs (lift available) they have an amazing range of kitchen kit. I highly recommend.

Great shop, lovely products, fab prices, friendly helpful staff, nice big car park. Even though it was busy, I got a space.

We love this store and they always have a great range of products at good prices. Their range of throws and towels is fantastic. We had a nice lunch upstairs in their cafe but were disappointed that the serving staff weren't wearing masks as Gloucester is currently one of the highest regions for Covid.

Good coffee shop/cafe. Always encountered polite/friendly staff. Clean store, sometimes I find that the offers can be slightly away from normal location which can put you out from comparing and choosing the right item.

Queues very long but quick service. Didn't appreciate that I was told by checkout lady that I was giving her my wrong email address and being made to feel silly. Not a happy experience with my refund. Everything else was good.
