I only popped into this shop because of a deal on ear buds which I really needed.

I must say that I was very impressed with the service that I got and with some of the items they sell, I will continue going there from now on.

The staff in Robert Dyas in Bromley on Tuesday 14th September 2021 in the morning were helpful and kind. Giving a friendly welcome and taking time to look for specific items. The female Customer Advisor on the first floor was particularly efficient and kind as she helped try to find some accessories for the bathroom. The store had a vast range to choose from at competitive prices and is clean and tidy. Please help to support the local community by shopping local. It is most welcome to have that standard of social interaction.Thank you to everyone in Robert Dyas.

In addition to my review last year I reiterate the positive feedback following my visit to Robert Dyas in Bromley on Thursday 24th February 2022. It is nice to be in a store where the members of staff are willing and able to help with a variety of questions. I had an eclectic mix of items on my shopping list and managed to purchase all of them at reasonable prices. A member of the team named Scott was particularly helpful by finding the correct and most suitable light bulbs. The topic is all a mystery to me therefore appreciated the assistance but also importantly the time to engage in a conversation. Keeping the High Street open does have benefits and is part of the local community. The cost of losing such a service is too high in a variety of ways. Thank you to everyone in Robert Dyas.

Did not have some basic 3 core electrical cable in stock, which is as basic as it gets, staff seemed disinterested. Prices high as well.

Hi, I had a really good shopping experience in Robert Dyas, Bromley. A young girl called Darcey was very nice and polite. She was trying to upsell products, offered me a carrier bag for my heavy product and even ask if I was doing more shopping, if so she was willing to hold my item until I finished. 10/10 for her and she should be recognised for her service if you have a company reward scheme. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Visited the shop in Bromley High Street and bought one item, served by nice female assistant. But her male colleague was a disgrace, as we queued to pay he went into meltdown. Throwing stuff in anger, little old lady in front was freaked out. Management at this branch need to sort him out. Your client base is predominantly people of a certain age who expect better from such a well established firm.
