I used to love this place,, but now they play politics, hence why I would never shop at this place again. Why would you stick Ukraine flag in the shape of heart. If this is for humanity, why did not you have done the same for Iraq, Syria or Afghanistan. Because that was your invasion and Ukraine is not. Disappointed

So after ordering online and being sent the wrong item ..the lovely manager in store swapped the item over for me it's much appreciated ...all the staff were very nice when I went in store thank you

This review is for Capucine alone she is fantastic running everywhere making sure everyone is happy giving amazing customer service even in this heat most deserving of a raise

3 stars for the poor deflated hard working, friendly as they can be staff working in this shop. Some of the products available are at good prices. The quality of some of the products is dubious though.
My best guess is the management of this shop needs to appreciate, listen to and value the employees working here. Maybe listen to their views and treat them like adults.

This shop is well stocked and I even got the c word in at the moment Christmas

They were great, one man helped me find the shoe polish, and the lady on the tills gave me time to go and grab a microfibre as I forgot it. Nice staff and decent prices 👍 also the lady behind the till was very cheerful even though the queue was slightly longer than usual and the customers were less than polite, great service.

I pop in to send a DHL Express parcel, which should only take 2 days to arrive. The staff was very helpful - she is super loud, at her own paste, frequently took deep breath (which made me very panic it seems like I found her a mega work to send a DHL) but tried her best to help. However, I suggest to drop off here in the future instead of asking them to send one. They are not experienced. I sent my original passport for exporting my remotely-adopted dog home. HIs flight is 2 weeks later. She wrote "passport" on the coverage which will take one more week to go through Customs and my dog might miss this solo pet seat before Christmas. DHL helpline told me if they wrote "document", it should be a 2-day delivery.

Robert Dyas is now the only shop selling home and garden supplies in Palmerston Road precinct. On this occasion I wanted a cafetiere and was pleased to find a good choice of sizes and prices. Service was efficient and friendly.
