Very rude and arrogant staff... don't go here if you want to be embarrassed, accused or feel threatened or unwelcome. Made an accusation... I stole something from the store but yet nothing was taken... Got the police involved, reported me for stealing but nothing was stolen... Apparently I was suspicious and i was lingering around the store. When confronted with the store, they told me I was suspicious and lingering....... they have a suspicion I've stolen.... but nothing was taken... I can 100% assure you nothing was taken from your store from me ! in fact I've actually spent money here before... never again don't shop here ! Disgusting so close to Christmas

Having phoned and asked if i could order a climate cube over the phone i was told there was 45 in stock but i would have to go into the store to order.
I closed my store and walked straight there to order one i was told the only person who could deal with me was the manager.
I was left to wait 15 minutes for him to arrive only to tell me they had all sold out.
Why did the manager not offer to reserve one as he knew i was going straight there to purchase.
I am disgusted at the service i received and after all the running around in this heat i am no further forward.
Thanks to a inconsiderate manager.

A great store, has so much in there for household, gardening, pet bits, bird food, kids toys and good for gadgets too.
There's a good selection of Christmas bits in there too, like fairy lights, decorations and inflatables.
I've found the staff to be helpful and friendly and enjoy shopping in this store.

Love this shop as you can buy absolutely anything there, unless they have sold out. All under one roof, I purchsed a mouse trap, recommended carpet cleaner, mop and bucket and mothballs last week. Staff really helpful especially at directing you to the right place to find the right thing. Think their prices are competitive but the convenience is worth a quick visit

What an amazing shop! So much to choose from. I try to go in every week and they’ve always got what I need, and if they haven’t they just order it in. The staff are all so lovely, so friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Cannot recommend enough ❤️

Collin the manager and Janet were very helpful. They provided excellent advice and I am pleased with our purchases. It is a great shop with such a varied and extensive selection of products.

Made high value purchases today in my local RD today in Leamington. Particularly impressed with great advice provided by ‘Anita’ ref the RD kitchen items I was purchasing but above and beyond inspiring culinary advice, provided too all adding to the 360 degree experience. Great Work Anita !
