The Range

Why on earth would a shop put screaming sound effects in their foyer..? Yes, I'm aware that it's Halloween but my goodness, it made it a really unpleasant experience. I felt sorry for the checkout staff having to listen to that all day.

Lots of Xmas stuff at very reasonable prices. Cud do with a few more staff on the tills. Although the two ladies were working very hard, they couldn't keep up with the queue .

I visited the Bury St. Edmund's store late this afternoon. While there, I spotted a product I preferred to the one I'd ordered from The Range online that day. I asked a member of staff at the till if they could help me call the Customer Care line as I'm hearing impaired and although sending a message was an option, it takes up to 4 days for a reply by which time my original product would've arrived. The lady at the till, whose name I didn't get, was super kind and helpful finding me Tracey who could help. Tracey was friendly, understanding and got straight on the phone and sorted it out for me, despite not being asked to do this before. I received an email and my refund to my card was immediate. I can't rate the help, support & kindness highly enough - not all businesses are so sympathetic & understanding. This is the second time I've found staff at The Range super helpful and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Variety of affordable home goods. Great pet and garden section. We always find more goodies than we planned on. Many items are quite chic

What a fabulous place it's huge so much to look at you could easily furnish a whole house by buying stuff from this store it's a shop that just keeps on giving only down side was the queue to pay was quite long but fantastic otherwise

What a great place. So much variety. Could do with signs stating different sections being more visible. Pleased to see that there was a lift as well as escalators. Really good sized cafe and restrooms very clean. Will definitely be visiting again

Shopped here this morning and found the staff really helpful. Sara was on the till and made sure I hadn't left anything behind. Well done, Sara. Had to call with a query this afternoon and Chris was pleasant and really helpful, too. Thanks to you all.
