Online ordering is possibly the worst service of any so called 'premium brand'
Standard delivery seems to only apply when any day doesn't end in a 'y'. Online it is advertised as 3 to 5 days, no mention of weekends, solar eclipses, civil unrest in Eastern Ukraine stop this from being achieved. However the birthday gift I asked for gift wrapped and boxed with a greetings card has been despatched to a wear house 5 days ago but is currently sat waiting for the chief priest of Hermes and his/her acolytes to use the jedi force to send it onwards. This is not the birthday present you are looking for apparently.
Ordering something 1week before needed in the 21st century shouldn't take this long.my previous experience was similarinate 2020. I won't be using them again.

I’ve recently dealt with The White Company staff both in store and online and everyone has been really helpful and provided excellent customer service. The products I ordered were good quality, delivered quickly and I was kept informed at every stage.
