Ordered duralux valves for 30yr old Ideal Standard tap. The product is described as being updated and improved. There was a delay in delivery (which I expected) but I was kept up to date. Took 2 weeks, which I thought acceptable for supply of obsolete parts. Delighted when they arrived. They made a tricky repair job a simple unscrew/ refit and tidy. The quality is better and I can see where they improve over the originals. Very pleased to have a smooth operating, non- leaking retro tap! Glad I found this supplier. Ed

Having the need to replace (due to wear and tear) my shower door seals I was unsure about the part numbers etc but after a quick email to Bathroom Spare Parts I was given the appropriate info and duly ordered the aid parts and they arrived perfectly packaged within a very short time 2 -3 days brilliant service all round. Excellent customer service and a dogged determination to sort out my request.
I wanted to replace the mirror doors on a 15+ year-old Duravit bathroom cabinet. These were no longer a stock item.
Ross and team spent a lot of time with Duravit in Germany to get these made for me. Going the extra mile doesn't even cover it - sorting out issues when Duravit supplied the wrong doors. The cabinet looks like new.

I have been looking for a spare part for a shower that is no longer in production, a Bristan Cardinal Dual rain and hand held shower. The Diverter on the shower is broken and I thought we would have to get a completely new shower, given the Cardinal is out of production. I contacted Bathroom spare parts and one of the customer care team Tony, specifically went out of his way to see if there might be a diverter that would suit the Cardinal shower. He found a Hudson Reed diverter that will likely be a good replacement for the broken Bristan Cardinal Diverter. Tony and I communicated on a number of occasions, one of which concerned a recommendation from Bristan for one of their newer diverter products, a prism diverter, which Tony has assured me would not work as the fitting is different from top and bottom. This is outstanding customer service and I want to thank Tony for his interest and help. I am now awaiting delivery of the replacement Hudson Reed diverter and hoping indeed that this will work. So thank you to Bathroom Spare Parts for their help and in particular to Tony for his help. John Barton

These people offer a wonderful service. The bottom pivot on our shower screen broke and it looked like the only option was to replace the whole screen, which seemed outrageous to me. Every supplier I contacted here in New Zealand said they couldn't replace the part. Searching the internet, I came across Bathroom Spare Parts. I was a bit nervous ordering online from a company I'd never heard, and from half way round the world. But the part turned up (fairly promptly, I might add) and I was able to easily fix the screen. Thanks very much!

This company has wasted 4 weeks of my life waiting for a part to repair a shower. On order the delivery was estimated at 3/4 days. They give the impression that they have it in stock.

I had to chase on 4 separate occasions and then given different delivery dates each time. Eventually they advise me that are unable to supply this part as the global manufacturer will no longer deal with them. What a surprise !
I then had to chase again to get my money returned. This has now been refunded.
I then receive an email that they have reordered it !! This was an error apparently but just a waste of time.
All round a very poor experience and they have sent me back to square one and held onto my money for a month. If you can purchase the part elsewhere I strongly recommend that you do.
