Great range , excellent service.

Love the Mainichikoh Sandalwood incense for normal use, and the Morning Star for meditation.
First time I've used Vectis Karma, and I was undecided. A couple of emails back and forth with Karen, and my mind was made up. Excellent customer service, answered all my queries, on a weekend too. Placed the order and it arrived this morning (Wednesday morning) It was very well packed, and I will be order more in the future.

Recommend these to anyone who appreciates good quality incense, at a reasonable price, delivered straight to your door.

Item delivered next day via Royal Mail, despite it being ordered during lockdown, which was a lovely surprise. Beautiful incense holder that was great value for money. Looking forward to ordering from this company again.

Update: I was so pleased with the original incense holder that I ordered another one, along with some Japanese incense. As with the first order, the items arrived swiftly and were well packaged. There was also a beautiful Japanese themed postcard included, which was a lovely touch. The incense is so beautiful and the service provided by Vectis Karma so good, that I shall be ordering all my incense from this company in future.
