Firstly I’m happy with my conservatory/extension and the Builders who were on site were amazing. But we had issues with the area not being measured properly resulting in our drainage having to be moved and an existing window having to be replaced with a smaller window as the interior roof line came across it. They did rectify these issues at their expense and I Will post photos of the end result of the build. In summary, although I’m happy with the result and the builders themselves were great we never heard from whoever was deciding how they would rectify the issues and had to keep asking the builders, which was frustrating and the issue with the window looks ok but not ideal hence the rating I have left them. Also we never received any sort of apology for the miss measurement which would have been appreciated.

SPEEDY CONSERVATORIES +HOME IMPROVEMENTS = Brilliant!!! So pleased to be writing this report in the hope that if you're thinking about having the glass roof replaced with a thermal one and unsure about the whole job- or who to use then don't be! We had Speedy do ours and couldn't be more pleased with the way they went about it and the finished room. Great team all very polite And good humered. Our conservatory has changed beyond belief from the room we wouldn't use to the room that is now our favourite.....and no we're not a friend or relative just very satisfied customers.
