The Range, Cheltenham (Centrum Park)

Found what I needed quickly, clear signs hanging from the ceiling. There was a large choice of sizes, colours and materials of flower pot that I needed and small bags of potting mix. The lady on the till was polite and friendly. The prices seemed reasonable. Will shop there again.

I go in for 2 storage boxes, and a couple of Iceland bits and such gorgeous pretty things I went, mad, bought over £150 worth of things. Loverly solar garden lights for x warm summer evenings and silk ornamental flower hangings meant for Halloweenbut so colourful looks cheery around, the, house, as, so many dry flowers about because of the, heat wave

Whow, this is a massive store they have everything and more. Christmas junkies will love this place. I Experienced first hand friendly,polite helpful staff from the onsett the supervisor on duty when i went at night went to top of level of service for showing initiative and forward thinking without me having to ask customer service skills definitely shone through thankyou for helping me.

Huge shop offering an abundance of product's. What's not to like, it's amazing. Easy parking. The store is always tidy. Staff are busy so you may not see one in store for assistantance, just be patient

The shop itself is great, it's massive and has loads of items. But today on remembrance Sunday and was expecting the store to hold a 2 minute silence in respect for our fallen soldiers. Nothing, I was shocked by the behaviour and the disrespect shown by the staff. I was stood still, head down paying my respects and the staff were chatting away like nothing else matters. Everyone in that store should be ashamed of themselves and the range itself should have done better. No excuse for it.

Slightly more expensive than usual but we did find a few bargains! The Christmas displays were so pretty and all well layed out.

Normally I am quite happy with the products I've purchased from the Cheltenham branch of The Range. However last week, I bought two bags of logs, the contents of the first bag burnt alright. But when we started using the logs from the second bag, they would not burn properly. My partner said they were wet.
On further investigation, I noticed that one of the logs was quite damp, and had fungus growing on it! My partner said that the wood must have been stored in damp conditions for a long time, for the fungus to grow.
This is simply not good enough, infact it is appalling.

Got some bargains. But always check your receipt I have been overcharged there multiple times. Not usually by much so they probably rely on people not coming back. But I did piont it out on the till once before and they said it was human error as the item was only above the price and doesn't actually have it on the item, this is why I think none of there items have it written on so they can get away with it. So she claimed it was put there by accident. But I pointed out that the code for the item was same on the price label. The manager got all sassy with me and said its human error so we're not changing it. Even though it showed up on the till that it did used to be that price.
