The Range, Maidstone

Took my child to look for arts and crafts sets and we couldn't access them because of the pallets of stock in the way. The member of staff working in that aisle did apologise and offer to reach up for anything high that we couldn't get to, but we couldn't see most of the shelf anyway! Having worked in retail before I thought pallets of stock aren't supposed to be out on the shop floor in opening hours? Everything seems so squeezed in in the store and the aisles seem too close together, I felt a bit claustrophobic considering it's a large shop. Staff on the checkout issued a grunt in response to my "thank you, have a nice day". Not the nicest of trips I've had to The Range.

Unfortunately the store was rather cluttered with pallets of stock in certain aisles which we wanted to get to. Plus my partner used the toilets and said they were not in a good condition. Not a great experience to be honest.

Organised chaos which women love !!!
What ever you need or what you don't need but some how you still buy , they have it !
I ended up using the cafe there as I'd had enough of being dragged around the aisles. Mocha was very much welcomed and reasonably priced !!!

I love The Range they have such a wide variety for any age, have loads in stock all the time always happy with my purchases never had to take anything back, very polite & helpful service 👍

Good shop easy to get to and have most things you need from home and garden to pet stuff and toys for the little ones

Had to replace a broken Christmas gift. So pleased they had my item in stock. Staff at till wrapped it in bubble wrap to protect it. Very friendly and helpful. Also frozen as bitterly cold day and was right by the door.

Great shop for finding a bargain, vast range of household items. Ruined by CAR PARKING CHAOS. Despite there being available spaces the flow of traffic around the car park is so bad, there was total blockage and extensive delays in getting in and afterwards getting out of car park.

Very mucky store, always freezing cold. Staff are never at the tills and when they are they are incredibly rude, completely dismissive & speak like trash (these are the women I’ve encountered there at the tills) it’s a sham of a store to be honest. I’ve asked for help from staff and literally ignored, how they get hired is beyond me. This needs a complete refurb including who is employed.
