Nice store with a very nice selection of knick knack products. Pet food, Plants etc Seems the wrong place to have an Iceland store inside. But not go if you in a hurry ! As very slow check outs. More people at checkouts than people look around shop.

Thought that incorporating Iceland into the store would be detrimental to the experience but it isn’t. Visited store Wednesday for the first time in ages and was very pleasantly surprised. The staff were very helpful, the store nicely laid out, and Iceland unobtrusively but easily located off to the side of the store. Prices are competitive and products good value. Will start going to the Range again on a regular basis.

Always a hard one, I love looking around here more than I enjoy buying anything. I find that so much stuff is damaged or broken and all the labels are always wrong. Someone needs to come and prompt the staff to make sure the price labels are right. Especially in the arts and crafts and stationary section. Love wandering around the Christmas stuff tho!

Went in. Got what I wanted. Went to pay. Said I needed an adult to go into the shop. Never been told this before. She was very rude and grumpy. She made me pass her the items. Her name is Catherine. Right moody cow.

Amazing place, loads of different sections with everything you need to kit out or decorate your house. Nice toys and craft section also. Super friendly and helpful staff as well :)

The staff are overworked after speaking to them. Not enough of them there to help. Looks like a jumble sale. Some items without prices. Staff unhappy. Remember The Range your staff are the most important asset they look after your customers! Look after your staff then people will be happy. Simple.

Cheap kids craft supplies and nice selection of specialist art materials. Lots of choice for wallpapers and home diy projects. Well stocked with diy tools and gadgets. Fabulous Christmas department upstairs...although never know how much things cost until checkout as shelf pricing info is always missing! Long checkout queues too, quite often. Masses of free parking outside.

Slightly disappointed due to one unhelpful staff member when I asked where something was they just pointed to the direction of the product I was asking for which I still couldn't find as they pointed in the wrong direction so I had to try and find another member of staff to help which did help

Parking is great never had an issue with finding a space

The Christmas range is lovely and the layout is spot on
Could leave some more room around the bays as I watched a woman with a double buggy struggling to get through which was smaller than a wheelchair so don't know how a wheelchair user would get through the spaces

Toilets could do with some new paint and ceiling panels put back up as some fallen off or broken
Also you sell mould spray maybe use that to treat the mould in there as you feel dirtier after washing your hands and maybe sort the smell out as they always smell horrible

The cafe is nice and set at a great visibility point

Till staff were lovely but spaces between each till wasn't much room at all plus couldn't see the staff members shouting who was next due to overly high shelves with not a great "add-on" stock on,
Maybe get rid of a till and space the rest out as I've only ever seen the customer service till used and 2 other tills used at the same time, even when there's been a massive queue there's never been all tills used

Seems silly having Iceland in there as you have a food warehouse (a sister company) a few doors away, seems a slight waste of space which can be used for more of the ranges stock and spaced out slightly better
