Avoid these clowns at all cost cheap imported rubbish at top prices and a fake guarantee, there after sales service is also a disgrace.
I purchased a sink 24 Months ago off ebay it came with a lifetime guarantee or so I thought, it recently started to lose its color turning from black to white in patches, I contacted them they told me the lifetime warranty was only valid if I had signed up and also had it fitted by one of their recommended companies and I also had to take out a third party insurance, TOTAL RUBBISH
I asked them to show my on the ebay purchase page where it states I had to sign up with them and they completely ignored the question, and then sent a word document stating their guarantee was in fact 5 years, but I still was not covered, the after sales member had not got a clue and was well versed in the art of batting customers away with excuses.
PRAY YOU NEVER NEED TO CONTACT THEM
I only chose them for the sink because in massive font it said LIFETIME GUARANTEE which gave me comfort how wrong was I, Go on their webpage and read the terms carefully before you decide.
I have feedback of over 1000 on ebay and 100%positive so I don't consider myself a moaner I just wanted what I paid for.
