Excrement homewares store that sells a huge range of items, many you didn’t even realised you needed ! Upstairs area that has furniture and seasonal items plus cafe which is very well priced. Worth a visit.

I get that the store have to change the stock around for Christmas (which is 3 months away right now) but we visited a month ago and it wasn't much better! Fortunately there is a B&M opposite to get kids toys from!

Update for 2022: Tidier shelves 👍 it is still chaotic, but credit where credit is due, far better staff.

Extremely longs queues. Many items not priced. No one available to ask about pricing. Management needs to reconsider basic processes at this busy store. Too many improvements required here. Clean up your store, get things priced up correctly and pick things up of the floor that are trip hazards! How can a store as large and well established as this miss the very basics? Very poor experience. A tidy store speaks volumes to your customers!

No staff avaliable with tills overflowing. Cafe staff left alone and clearly not been given adequate training. Coffee Frappe that was warm, basically a latte. Lady needed help and better training. Won't be using this cafe again.

Fairly ok but they really should make sure everything has a price because this was my second visit where certain things that are near the cafe side stairs have not had price labels so have to go down the stairs to check the price 🤦

I love to go to the range for a variety of different things, I can always find what I'm looking for and at reasonable prices too, I have bought animal foods and bedding from there also the Christmas decorations I'm particularly impressed by, for the last 3 years I've gone nowhere els for them. There is always an exciting range of home accessories on offer there and I love to get ideas for my home whilst walking round. There is a café and I often have tea and cake when I visit, some toilets are available in the shop.

Awesome choice of everything. Good layout. Friendly helpful staff. At times can’t find one to make an inquiry but they are short staffed and advertising. Can’t fault the store or staff there already. The cafe area staff so friendly too but outrageous price rises on tiny 2 inch square flat pieces of cake and more.

Contacted the shop to check if they have in stock an item as I'm living 40 miles and was a good ideea to see if they have the item.
A gentleman called Ben answered and said is not able to check any stock over the phone as he is very busy, very unprofessional. Two weeks back I when I called someone else was able to do that.
