The Range, Yeovil

I love The Range it has such a diverse product list. I managed to find a third advent calendar (I know it's august) with face packs for my girls. Which is brilliant. You can get pretty much anything in this shop it's great. Still in love with my rugs I got earlier in the summer.

We'll stocked store, generally clean and tidy with staff working stock throughout the day to help availability. Staff are helpful. The only issue I have is that the store has poor product pricing. Every time I visit I look at the pricing of products and it is not improving.
This causes issues at the checkouts and must be costing them sales as not everybody will go and query a price and will just leave the item and shop elsewhere.

They have now at least got rid of the terrible smell on walking in. However so much stuff has no price, you end up standing around googling items. No good enough really. Generally the store is a mess, but they have a good range of products.

Sadly I will never return to the Yeovil store again… I went to buy an offer that was advertised on the shelf, and got to the till and surprise surprise I was charged full price. I then queried the price and was told although it was advertised on the shelf for a certain price, it was no longer on offer. No apology or offer to keep customers happy despite it being the stores fault. It then happened to three other customers on different products which created a large queue as the ‘supervisor’ had to keep going to check the shelves to then tell the other customers a similar tale to mine.. No customer service, clearly incompetent staff and false advertising as vulnerable people would likely not realise and pay full price without realising. What a disgrace!

Please please please can you get the prices correct on your Christmas decorations. Every time I have been in to buy I end up having to go to customer services for them to find out the price . If that isn’t bad enough , when your decorations first went on sale , my daughter and I bought about 20 baubles. Took them to the tills and the price came out as twice as much as it had said on the peg. Apparently they had been all put on the wrong peg . If we had wanted to be awkward we could have insisted on the price it was showing.
Today I have had to deal with 2 rude employers who couldn’t give me the time of day to find the price of 2 items , yet again , and then practically threw it across the counter back to me . Don’t your staff have training in customer relations?.
It’s becoming painful and time consuming to be guessing the correct price . A light up star said £3.69 when I asked for the price to be checked it was £14.99. No price in the item either.
Thank goodness you have people like Wendy on the tills who is so helpful and more than made up for today’s experience.

I always love a visit to the range (who doesn’t) the problem with the Yeovil branch is they don’t know how to label anything correctly the amount of times I’ve been over charged or had to ask for a price of something. Maybe trading standards need to visit! Took a few photos of missing labels but believe me there was loads more! I picked up 4 bird feeders which said they were £2.99 each when I got to the till they were £9.99 spoke to the manager but he wouldn’t honour the price. Sort your bloody prices out then!

Great shop, but there is ALWAYS stock left in the middle of the isles.
The outdoor area is not the greatest, especially when it is full of tripping hazards

With regards to the Yeovil shop it is an absolute nightmare. So many items have no prices on the shelf so don't know until you get to checkout. The shop is actually a mess in lots of departments. From now on I will shop on line as visiting the store is not enjoyable
