I love this shop, they usually have all I am going in for at a low price. On this occasion the item I wanted was only available online but the staff were very helpful and assisted me in a friendly manner. They were very busy but still took time to try to help. I left with a few other items that I had forgotten I needed and the checkout staff were equally friendly

A great shop with so much to see for all your needs in kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, and loads more. The cafe is lovely, the cheese scones brilliant as was the hot chocolate and coffee!! Friendly, helpful staff.

Staff are very polite and helpful. The products are very reasonable priced. The lift we used behaved as though we were stuck in it, but it was the mechanism that was slow. This gave us a fright for a few seconds. Nothing like living on the edge! Ps. Used the stairs on the way down.

Customer service absolutely dreadful. I was ready to buy over £100s worth of their products but one of the girls was so rude in front of my daughter and gave me a load of mouth while walking away, that when I asked for a manager to another member of staff, I was told they were too busy, so I popped the bits back and walked out. It's was quite frankly, a very upsetting experience.

The staff here are rude and unhelpful, went in to get new lights. Asked a member of staff if I could see one of the lights lit up, she left us to go and find one.... and never came back.
We then watched her helping a member of staff at the check out and she totally ignored her as we walked by. We were left there for so long without any communication. Such a shame and profits were wasted as I took my business to the Range instead.

I was surprised how dusty some shelves were and some tiles on the floor were missing, simply sad looking store, price is high for same items you could find in competitor store's for cheaper prices. Personally don't see any reason shopping here in the future. I'm split between giving this store 2/3 stars.

Some items seem like overpriced junk, while other items are reasonable.
I went in just after Xmas and needed a new carving fork and there wasn't even a single one to be seen.
Having said that, finding anything in this shambles of a shop is difficult, a teenagers bedroom is spick and span tidy compared to this place.
I worked for 20 years in major retail, and a manager would be on report for a shop in this state.

Gd place find it hard not to spend money it there as they are well priced and good products, great for soft furnishings
