Store constantly got stock in wrong locations, misleading customers that is the correct prices. Loads of items no price at all. Only seems to be in this (north cardiff) stores no issues in any others.

Interesting reincarnation of the old Homebase store with a wide range of inexpensive goods.
Many staple foodstuffs ever so slightly cheaper than major supermarkets as well as DIY items stuff for the garden and pet care etc.
Worth a visit.

Fantastic Store, you can find some fantastic offers, It's quite a large store. Plenty of items. Fantastic prices. If your gonna do your garden, here you will find some great items. 🌻We will definitely be returning . Lovely staff. Covid safe. 🌻 💯💯Recommend 🌻 some people wearing masks and some are not. Still a good place to shop. Fantastic staff very chatty. 🌻

Over rated, over priced. Lots of the things they sell are cheaper in the likes of Tesco. When they first turned up they were ok, now not worth the trip out

Terrible queuing system when trying to pay. Staff are miserable at the till if you don't like your job or do not like talking to people then don't work at B&M. Products are great but unfortunately the staff do not match the product. Oh and sort your queuing for tills it's absolute mayhem

Always manage to buy something here. Good selection of items and good value.

Very helpful staff, and a surprising amount of products.

If I can rate zero star or even negative, I want to do so. I think I was cheated money by this shop. They already knew I was double deducted the money, but they said they could not help. And then pushed me to contact the head office myself. And I tried to call their head office for refunding, no answers for many times. So, I tried to raise my case to the customer service through their website, they asked me to provide their cash machine number. I replied I do not have such information, they have no further responses to me.

Their shop staff and shop manager told me they could help if I was double deducted the money, but they told me they could not help finally as they said there was just one transaction record shown on their system. But they clearly knew I was deducted twice. And they also knew it was totally and clearly the fault of their own system. And I am just the customer to buy things only, but I am really frustrated and feel being cheated. I am not sure and don't know what I should do now. And I told the customer service the whole story and I also nearly being treated as a thief. And on that day, my son got sick but because of this incident, I was stuck at the shop, and could not go to pick up my son at once. And eventually I arrived the school later than the usual school hour, as I was forced to stay at the shop for more than 45 minutes without a seat, or even a cup of water. I did really really feel frustrated and being cheated my time and money.
