Contacted Simon because the spout on my water filter tap was leaking. Even though it was ten years old he managed to find the correct seals and they were despatched very promptly. Great service and a pleasure to deal with.

I have a German filtering system in the kitchen with very expensive replacement parts. The filters from Fountain Filters, not only did the job at a fraction of the cost, but when ordering they gave very helpful choices, such as adding a replacement ‘O’ ring, and silicone grease. I have now used FF for two years and will continue to do so. An added benefit is they remind you when the filter needs replacing, but don’t inundate you with further emails. I ordered a single water purifier tap to replace a faulty tap that I had purchased elswhere. The new tap is excellent quality, does a perfct job with no leaks. The service from Simon & Louise was excellent for initial contact through to delivery. I will certainly use them again.

Ordered on the 9th arrived on the 12th, excellent service for both particle filter and scale filter.

Was having to keep getting my plumber out to change the filter ordered a spanner from Fountain Filters, it was too big but that was my fault for not measuring so ordered a smaller one. Super impressed with the speed of delivery. Looking to change our whole house water filtration system so will definitely be speaking to this company.
