Rude doctors and nurses! With very little knowledge about medical issues

Dreadful experience. My father had his operation delayed by 6 hours after being told he was first on the list. He has mobility problems and was desperate to use the loo, rang the emergency button again and again but no-one came in the end he had to shout for help and a lovely Filipino lady came to his aid, thank goodness for her.

Have been to the Garrett Anderson Centre a few times.
The staff are always very kind, caring and helpful.
The actual building itself is nice and modern.
A and E has usually been relatively quick apart from once with my son.
Most recently my eldest son had to go to the Raedwald Ward for a procedure under General Anaesthetic. Most of the staff were really kind and caring. Especially two Jo's and Janice. Jo the Theatre Assistant was so kind and reassuring whilst we were in the actual theatre area and really helped. Thank you.

Condescending and useless
